Ambassador of Belarus to the UAE Roman Golovchenko held a meeting with Undersecretary of the Ministry of Health and Prevention of the UAE Dr. Mohammad Salim Al Olama.

            On Monday, September 18, 2017, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Belarus to the United Arab Emirates H.E. Roman Golovchenko met with Undersecretary of the Ministry of Health and Prevention of the UAE Dr. Mohammad Salim Al Olama.

During the meeting the parties discussed the developing areas of cooperation between Belarus and the UAE in production of pharmaceuticals and medical equipment, as well as providing the UAE citizens with the high-qualified medical services of leading Belarusian medical institutions.

  The parties also discussed signing the agreements on cooperation between Ministry of Health and Prevention of the UAE and four Belarusian medical institutions, specializing in cardiology, neurology, pediatric surgery and transplantology, which imply providing of wide range of medical services.  

      The agreements on these questions were reached after participation of Belarusian organizations in exhibition Arab Health, which was held in the beginning of 2017 in Dubai, and after visits of delegations of the UAE Ministry of Health and Prevention to Belarus in July this year.
