Belarusian artist took part in Abu Dhabi Art Hub residency program

Under the support of the Embassy of the Republic of Belarus in the UAE from 24 November through 6 December 2015 the emerging Belarusian artist and sand painter Yury Ptashinsky took part in the residential program for foreign artists organized by Abu Dhabi Art Hub.



During the stay in the UAE the artist enjoyed the opportunity to get acquainted with the Emirati culture and visit local art galleries with the aim to study perspectives of arranging painting exhibitions in the future, as well as delivered master classes on the sand painting techniques during a special event at Abu Dhabi Art Hub.



On December 4, 2015 a solo sand painting show by Y.Ptashinsky was performed at one of the Abu Dhabi malls as part of the festive events on the occasion of the UAE National Day.
