Consular consultations between the Ministries of Foreign Affairs of Belarus and the UAE held in Abu Dhabi

On May 6, 2018 Abu Dhabi hosted the fourth round of consultations between the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Belarus and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of the United Arab Emirates on consular issues.

The Belarusian delegation was headed by the Head of Consular Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Belarus Igor Fisenko, the UAE delegation was headed by the Director of Consular Services Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of the United Arab Emirates Yasser Al Shemaili.

  Within the consultations the parties discussed the questions of mutual facilitation of visa regime, recognition of driving licenses, legal assistance, cooperation on combatting human trafficking and other questions of mutual interest.

The participants of consultations also exchanged statistical information in consular area and discussed the priorities of visa and migration policy of both countries.
