On the visit of the Prime Minister of Belarus Roman Golovchenko to the UAE

The Belarusian delegation consisting of Prime Minister Roman Golovchenko and President of the National Olympic Committee Viktor Lukashenko visited the United Arab Emirates on behalf of the President of the Republic of Belarus.

During the meeting with the President of the UAE Roman Golovchenko expressed deep condolences on behalf of the Head of the Belarusian State to Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan and Emirati people on the occasion of the death of the President of the UAE, Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan.

The Prime Minister also congratulated Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan on his election as President of the UAE and expressed hope for a fruitful continuation of the Belarusian-Emirati cooperation.

The parties discussed a number of areas of bilateral cooperation.
