Visit of the Minister of Justice of Belarus to Saudi Arabia

        Minister of Justice of the Republic of Belarus Mr. Oleg Slizhevsky visited the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) on 6 – 8 August 2018. The visit has taken place on the invitation of the Ministry of Justice of KSA.

        During the visit Mr. Oleg Slizhevsky met with Mr. Walid bin Mohammed Al-Samaani, Minister of Justice and President of Supreme Judiciary Council of KSA. Sides have discussed the current state and the perspectives of strengthening of Belarus-Saudi cooperation in the legal and judicial areas, had an exchange on the current trends of the international law development.

         During the meeting Mr. Oleg Slizhevsky and Mr. Walid bin Mohammed Al-Samaani signed a Memorandum of Understanding between the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus and the Ministry of Justice of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
