On the third round of negotiations on the draft agreement on services and investments with the UAE

On March 20–21, 2024, the third round of negotiations on the draft Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Belarus and the Government of the United Arab Emirates on trade in services and the establishment of investments took place online.

The third round was the final one for expert discussion of the future international treaty. The parties discussed issues of trade in services, investment, dispute resolution procedures, and the possibility of other countries joining the Agreement in the future.

The Parties reached the conceptual agreement on all key issues that until that moment remained uncoordinated.
