Trade and Economic Cooperation

At the end of 2021, the trade turnover between Belarus and the KSA amounted to $42.3 million, having decreased by 26.4 percent compared to 2020. Exports amounted to 6.1 million dollars, the main export items are powdered milk, electrical machines, textiles and clothing.

At the end of 2021, the turnover of services amounted to $1.57 million, including Belarusian exports of $1.52 million. The main types of exported services were financial, transport and computer services.

In 2015, the first meeting of the Joint Committee for Cooperation between the Government of the Republic of Belarus and the Government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia was held in Riyadh. The second meeting of the Joint Committee was held in Minsk in 2016.
